• Orders can be placed through our website/app.
• Once an order is confirmed, it will be prepared immediately.
• Customers must provide correct details (name, phone, etc.) while ordering.
• Any wrong details may lead to delay or cancellation.

Pricing & Availability

• Food items are subject to availability.
• Prices may change anytime without prior notice.

Delivery / Pickup

• Orders are either delivered inside the college campus (if applicable) or available for pickup at the canteen counter.
• Delivery time may vary depending on crowd and order volume.

Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellation is allowed only if the order is not prepared yet.
• If the food preparation has started, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed only if payment is deducted but order is not confirmed due to technical issues.
• No refund will be provided after the order is confirmed.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order only before it is confirmed or before preparation starts.
• Once the order is confirmed and preparation has started, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided after the order is confirmed.
• Refund will be applicable only in these cases:
  • ✅ Payment deducted but order not placed/confirmed
  • ✅ Technical error from payment gateway
  • ✅ Order cancelled by canteen due to unavailability of items

Refund Processing Time

If refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
